Job Summary
The purpose of the Recruitment Consultant role is to work directly with both clients and candidates.
The Recruiter will do this by taking responsibility for management of specific accounts where appropriate, working with clients and keeping the relationships strong.
The Recruiter will have direct access to clients, HR teams, and internal stakeholders.
Comply to the relevant legislation and regulation and use job portals/direct engagement models where necessary.
Experience with healthcare sectors is advantageous
