We are looking for a strategic and creative Candidate Attraction Lead to develop and implement powerful recruitment marketing initiatives aimed at attracting high-quality healthcare professionals. This role is pivotal in building brand awareness and increasing candidate pipelines to support growing client demands across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing campaigns across healthcare disciplinesEnhance the employer brand through storytelling, content, and partnerships that highlight company culture and missionUse digital platforms, social media, job boards, email marketing to generate candidate interestCreate compelling content such as job adverts, social posts, videos, and employee testimonialsTrack and report on campaign metrics to continuously improve performance and ROICollaborate with recruiters to align attraction strategies with live and forecasted hiring needsAbout You3+ years experience in recruitment marketing or candidate sourcing, ideally within the healthcare sectorProficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics softwareStrong content creation skills (written and visual) tailored for candidate engagementExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solvingSelf-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote work environment
