Candidate Attorney
Job Description
We are a boutique law firm specialising in high-end commercial and litigation matters. We are offering an opportunity for driven and dedicated Candidate Attorneys to complete their articles of clerkship within our firm. This role is ideal for graduates eager to gain practical experience across multiple areas of law under the guidance of experienced practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, contracts, and correspondence under supervision.
Conduct detailed research and prepare legal memoranda.
Attend consultations, hearings, and court proceedings (including travel when required).
Assist in trial and arbitration preparation.
Manage filing, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Completed LLB degree (or in final year of studies).
Strong academic record. Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel when required.
High level of initiative, discipline, and attention to detail.
