Job Summary About Us Kanyisa Property and Management Services is a long-established valuation firm based in Mthatha, providing professional valuation services across residential, commercial, and municipal sectors. With decades of experience and a reputation built on integrity, accuracy, and service excellence, we continue to deliver trusted property valuation solutions to both public and private sector clients. We are seeking a motivated Valuer (Candidate, Associated, or Professional) to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior valuer and gain exposure to a wide range of property valuation assignments. Key Responsibilities - Conduct property inspections and data collection. - Prepare or assist in the preparation of valuation reports. - Support ongoing municipal and private valuation projects. - Maintain valuation records and assist with data management. - Ensure all work complies with SACPVP standards and regulatory requirements. Minimum Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Real Estate / Property Valuation or equivalent qualification. - Registered (or eligible for registration) with the SACPVP. - Computer literacy (MS Office; experience with valuation software advantageous). -Valid driver's licence and own transport (preferred). -Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
