Responsibilities

:


Develop and implement an

Integrated Tennis Strategic Plan

aligned with the College's overarching strategy. Lead and coordinate tennis programmes, tournaments, and festivals across the college. Oversee

coaching development

, mentoring coaches, and ensuring best practices in training and performance. Manage tennis equipment, budgets, and operational compliance, including inventory and financial planning. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and external organisations. Serve as the primary liaison with College Communications to enhance spectator and student-athlete experiences. Drive recruitment and development initiatives to strengthen youth tennis pathways and high-performance programmes. Coach College Tennis Teams and oversee trials, practice progression, and player development across age groups.



Requirements

:


Level 1 Tennis Coaching Qualification or equivalent will be an advantage. Relevant qualifications and 5-8 years' tennis coaching experience. Be in good standing with TSA and with annual updated qualifications as per the TSA requirements Proven leadership in managing a significant tennis programme. Experience in building youth tennis programmes and playing at university/professional level preferred. Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proven ability to work with diverse teams and/or a commitment to diversity and inclusion Clearance from the National Register for Sex Offenders (NRSO) confirming no record of sexual offences against children and mentally impaired people or a valid police clearance certificate * Understands and adheres to the by-laws, policies, procedures, regulations, and rules of St Stithians College
