Our client in the Higher Education and Training industry is currently looking is for a Campus Manager, in Bryanston, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:

• Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of campus facilities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement processes to streamline campus operations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures. Identify opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
• Coordinate campus events, including academic, administrative, and extracurricular activities.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, mentor and support administrative and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Support training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Support the academic heads with mentoring and coaching of academic staff.
• Support the implementation of institutional goals and objectives. Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies. Participate in campus meetings and provide input on operational initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all campus facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of compliance.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in facility-related services.
• Build industry partnerships to showcase the campus and its offerings.
• The capacity to connect professionally, foster client rapport, and influence potential customers.
