Campus Administrator
to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Witbank Campus.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day campus operations including venue scheduling, staff coordination, and student support.
Accurately capture and manage student data across various platforms.
Act as the liaison between staff and students, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
Oversee the reception area, manage filing systems, and handle the onboarding process for new students.
Prepare for and coordinate campus events such as orientation sessions, open days, and staff functions.
Manage meeting logistics including scheduling and minute-taking.
Coordinate staff rosters and supervise invigilators.
Sign off on staff claims and support induction training processes.
Ensure campus safety and conduct daily venue inspections.
Support client bookings and related administrative duties.

Requirements:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent typing skills and computer literacy (MS Office proficiency essential).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior experience in a similar role in an academic or training environment will be advantageous.
Requirements
Grade 12
NQF L5 or 6 Qualification in Administration / Finance
2 - 3 years working experience
MS Office - Advanced level
Customer service orientated
