Eduvos is looking to employ the services of a Campus Administration & Liaison: Social Houses, Recreation, Sport & Events to be based at our following campus.
Location:

  • Midrand (Midrand)
  • TGV (Parc du Cap / Tyger Valley)
  • BDV (Bedfordview)
  • PTA (Pretoria)
Purpose of the role:
Campus Administration & Liaison: Social Houses, Recreation, Sport & Events is responsible for implementing and managing all campus sport programmes, recreational activities, and Social House initiatives. The role promotes participation, builds campus culture, and ensures the effective delivery of events and student engagement strategies.
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Recreation, Sport Science, Event Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in sport coordination, recreation programming, or student life.
  • Experience in organising events or student engagement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the Campus Administration & Liaison: Social Houses, Recreation, Sport & Events you will be responsible for :
Campus Sport Programme Management
  • 60% sport participation growth year-on-year
  • Minimum 3 or 4 competitive teams active per semester.
  • schedule adherence for training and matches.
  • All team registrations and compliance completed before deadlines
Social Houses Implementation & Events
  • 100% Social House onboarding for all new students during O&I.
  • Minimum 1 major Social House event per block.
  • 70% student engagement.
  • Fully functioning House leadership teams
Recreation & Wellbeing Activities
  • Minimum 2 recreation/wellness activities per month.
Student Engagement & Leadership Development
  • 10-15 active student leaders engaged each semester.
  • Student satisfaction score of 80% in sport/recreation/House activities.
Partnerships & External Relations
  • Minimum 3 external partnerships established per year.
  • Service provider compliance: 100%
  • Secured preferred-rate agreements for venues and coaching.
Events, Logistics & Risk Management
  • 100% event delivery according to timelines and budgets.
  • Minimum 8 major events per year (sport/recreation/House combined).
  • Zero high-risk safety incidents (full compliance with risk protocols).
  • Event attendance growth across the year
Administration, Budget & Compliance
  • Monthly budget reports submitted on time
  • Equipment audit accuracy.
  • All policies, agreements, completed for student-athletes
