Campaign Operations Manager Retail Media
Job Description
Take the helm of our campaign delivery engine. This senior leadership position is for an operational maestro who excels at overseeing the full lifecycle of complex retail media campaigns. You'll lead a talented team, refine our processes, and ensure flawless execution from brief to billing
Own, streamline, and optimize our end-to-end campaign management workflows for maximum efficiency and quality
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of campaign managers and coordinators
Be the central hub, collaborating with creative, data, and platform teams to ensure smooth execution across all media formats
Proactively troubleshoot delivery challenges and guarantee all service-level agreements are surpassed
Build robust client relationships and act as the senior escalation point for campaign delivery
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Proven experience in leading and developing a team
An in-depth understanding of media execution, ideally within retail or FMCG
A process-driven mindset coupled with outstanding organizational skills
