Job Summary Looking for a motivated Digital/Social Media Campaign Manager who has apassion for social media, sound knowledge of digital marketing, and can work on Paid and SEO (always on) projects. A real social media nativ e, highly active and comfortable with social media platforms and understanding of the different roles they play Duties: Daily monitoring of multiple social media accounts Identifying key communities and platforms to engage and provide a platform to demonstrate skin expertise Identifying influencers, brief and work with them to establish and reinforce skincare expertise in a meaningful and credible way Source written content from within your team Proposing new content ideas based on your understanding of the brand community and the skincare social universe, being able to collaborate with creative teams and eventually create some in-the moment content on your own Scout content and accounts to interact with real time Monitor and report on channel performance and community learnings. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness Specific Responsibilities: Engage with social media campaigns across multiple platforms ( Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube ) in line with brand tone and guidelines. Schedule social media posts accurately and timeously Build content calendars in line with social media best practice. Campaign optomisation - Monitor and measuring the impact of content, and analysing, reviewing and contributing to the delivery of Social Media reports. You will be supported by the social media and account management teams to support any agency and client requirements through administrative, community management and research tasks. Interpret and provide input on Content Strategy Documents Creation and management of effective crisis management communication Personal Profile and Skills Requirement: Qualifications Qualification in Marketing, Advertising or Communications Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School or similar social media qualifications will be advantageous Working experience (or internship) in social media and/or community management for a brand on social media Experience in using social media tools (eg. Falcon IO, Sprinkler, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) Journalist, editorial and possibly digital research experience will be advantageous 3+ years experience
