One of our clients, an industry leader in the property Industry game, is looking for a Relationship Manager who knows how to close a deal, charm a property developer, and build long-term connections without sounding like a timeshare rep. If your idea of fun includes site visits, growing a national portfolio, if you know your way around lead generation like a GPS knows traffic, and you enjoy turning cold connections into warm wins, this role was made for you.POSITION INFO:Youll be the boots-on-the-ground business generator, engaging directly with property developers and real estate agents to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Your mission? Source, pitch, and close new opportunities like its second nature. This includes everything from cold outreach and coffee catchups to high-stakes meetings and industry events. Youll be tasked with growing a national client base, identifying fresh leads, and staying ahead of real estate market trendsxe2x80x94all while keeping CRM systems as up to date as your LinkedIn profile.Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in external sales, preferably B2B
Proven sales results (youve got receipts)
Self-driven, proactive, and people-focused
