Job Description

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a

Technical Call Controller

to be the link between our clients and our technical team.

What You'll Do

Service Calls:

Log incoming service requests, assign them to technicians, and track until completion.

Scheduling:

Prepare and email out the daily technical schedule, keeping in touch with technicians throughout the day.

Installations:

Coordinate installation dates with clients, prepare paperwork, update the install board, and schedule inspections.

Stock & Supplies:

Log toner/paper orders, assign deliveries, manage courier bookings, and track technician boot stock.

Alerts & Meters:

Monitor automated alerts, log faults, and collect client meter readings.

Monthly Checks:

Assist with vehicle inspections, stock takes, petty cash, and office supplies.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in

dispatch / call control / service coordination

(Copiers, Telecoms, CCTV and IT services is a plus). Excellent communication skills (phone, email, written). Strong multitasking and planning ability. Comfortable with MS Office and service logging systems. Customer-focused with an eye for detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R8000,00 - R15000,00 per month
