The Call centre Student Advisor is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, conducting outbound sales calls, and enrolling students in our educational programs. This role requires a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Nurturing
Conduct outbound calls to potential students
Identify and qualify leads for Richfield's educational programs
Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and their status
Sales and Enrollment
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by enrolling students in courses
Articulate the benefits and features of Richfield's educational offerings
Address inquiries and overcome objections to facilitate enrollment decisions
Student Advising
Provide expert advice on Richfield's programs, helping students choose the best fit for their career goals
Explain admission requirements, application processes, and financial options
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process
Relationship Building
Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students
Follow up with leads consistently to move them through the sales funnel
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process
Reporting and Administration
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcomes
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales and persuasion abilities
Resilient and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Quick learner with the capacity to understand and articulate complex educational offerings
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Matric
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if compensated by relevant experience
Previous experience in sales, particularly in education or related fields, is advantageous
