In this role, the goal is to provide excellent customer service, resolve problems efficiently, and enhance customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaising telephonically/written with customers and retailers
Solving customer education calls by providing technical product knowledge by performing 'First-line support'
Ensuring service targets are met - KPI's
Daily CONTACT and Sales Force system management
Ensuring customer satisfaction rate according to the company standards
Reporting on all outstanding calls
Attending and solving of customer queries via Service Manager, internet and from retail stores
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
1 Year Call Centre Experience
Good communication skills
* Must be able to speak English fluently
