We are seeking an Insurance marketer or Sales Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved.
Reviewing the progress and success of an event, adjusting or pitching ideas for new events as necessary
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Matric (Essential)
Experience:
Proven work experience as a sales representative +/- 2 years' experience
Communication:
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Customer Service:
Strong ability to listen, resolve issues, and provide support.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build rapport and network effectively.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in CRM software (like Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and digital communication tools. (Advantageous)
Outbound Dialler Exposure: (
Advantageous)
Sales Acumen:
Understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and objection handling.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, organized, and a strong problem-solve
Salary Includes:
Basic and Commission
