Call Centre Operator Logistics
Pretoria
Responsibilities:
Coordinate truck & trailer breakdown repairs with service providers or dealerships.
Authorize diesel requests, capture fleet info, and maintain accurate records.
Capture load details, monitor journeys, and report deviations.
Ensure drivers follow sleep plans and report any delays or incidents.
Manage pool vehicle bookings and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
Requirements:
Matric (Gr 12)
Diploma in Logistics/Transport Management a plus
23 years in logistics/transport call centre
English required; Afrikaans or other languages an advantage
Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, willing to work shifts
