Outbound Call Centre Agents - UK B2C Campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with UK consumers: Conduct outbound calls to individuals across the UK, focusing on lead generation, appointment setting, and market research surveys. Meet or exceed targets: Drive results by achieving monthly targets for leads generated, appointments booked, and completed surveys. Maintain CRM records: Ensure accurate and detailed recording of all customer interactions, survey responses, and lead information in our CRM system. Product knowledge: Stay informed about our offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features during lead generation and sales calls. Collaborate with the team: Work closely with sales teams, market research analysts, and lead generation specialists to ensure seamless data collection and alignment on consumer preferences. Report performance: Regularly report on key metrics, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and showcasing your achievements in lead generation, appointment setting, and survey completion rates.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of outbound call centre experience, with a strong preference for experience in lead generation, sales, and market research. Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build relationships, articulate survey objectives, and effectively promote sales opportunities. Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets in lead generation, sales, and consumer insights. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business tools. Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, maintain focus, and meet deadlines. Office Based: This position is based in-office, requiring proximity to our call centre in [Location]. Transport Subsidy: Transport subsidy provided for daily commute.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred). UK working hours: Flexibility to work during UK business hours, including evening shifts. Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
