Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 1 year Inbound/Outbound Sales experience
- mobile experience preferred
- Strong objection handling and rapport building skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.
- Computer literate.
- Minimum of 1 year Sales experience within a Contact Centre environment.
- Mobile experience preferred.
- Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe/ must reside in Phoenix/ Cornubia or immediate surrounding areas.
- Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent telephonic etiquette.
- Excellent rapport building skills and empathetic.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Target driven
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R5500 basic + Attendance bonus (R750) + uncapped commission
Operational hours:
Monday to Friday , 10am to 8pm.
Ability to commute:
- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
