Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist customers with their questions, providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex matters to senior representatives when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and questions are resolved.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
