Skills and Competencies
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and focused
- Ability to work UK shifts (Monday - Thursday : 10:00 AM - 20:00 PM; 11:30 AM - 21:30 PM)) (Friday : 10:30 AM - 15:30 PM)
- Experience in UK debt management and insolvency is advantageous (you will be asked about this in any interview)
- Minimum 1 year of lead generation experience within a call centre environment.
- Knowledge of various sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
*Salary: R6500 basic + R750 attendance bonus + Uncapped commission
Ability to commute:
- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Ability to commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
