Job Description
Opportunity for somoene who has passed their Regulatory Exams to join a highly succesful call centre team where you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
MUST HAVE or be in the process of completing REGULATORY exams
Inbound and outbound telephonic selling experience required
Key responsibilities:
- Daily task completion
- Deal with queries
- Open and action tickets
- Respond to live enquiries in real time
- "Chat" Resolution - respond to members presenting query
- Sell & Close deals
- Matric or equivalent
- Previous inbound customer care experience
- Previous telephonic sales experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Assertive objective handling skills
- Good telephonic and email etiquette
