Skills and Competencies
- Computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and focused
- Sales experience in a call centre environment.
- Inbound/ Outbound contact centre sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in insurance campaigns.
- Knowledge of various sales techniques and objection handling.
- Comfortable working with targets
- Must be willing to work a UK campaign shift (Monday to Friday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Well spoken
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: up to R5500 basic + 750 attendance bonus + Uncapped comm
- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
