DUNMARSH INVESTMENTS
is seeking experienced and motivatedDebt Collection Agents
to work on a municipal portfolio for theCity of Ekurhuleni
. The ideal candidate must be target-driven, professional, and compliant with debt collection regulations.Key Responsibilities
Collect outstanding municipal accounts on behalf of the City of Ekurhuleni Engage debtors telephonically, via email, and SMS in a professional manner Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements in line with mandate rules Capture accurate notes and updates on the collections system (Swordfish experience is an advantage) Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act and Debt Collectors Act Meet and exceed monthly collection targets Maintain excellent client service and ethical conduct
Minimum Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years debt collection experience
(municipal collections will be an advantage) Strong negotiation and communication skills Target-driven with proven collection results Ability to work under pressure Computer literate Clear ITC (advantageous) Knowledge of Ekurhuleni municipal billing (advantage)What We Offer
