As a Customer Support Agent, you'll assist customers with queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and webchat. You'll resolve issues related to billing, SIM cards, and products-providing fast, friendly, and accurate support.
Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries across multiple channels.
  • Log and update customer information accurately.
  • Resolve account and product issues quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure all interactions meet company service standards.
  • Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Work within set timeframes and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive, respectful attitude with customers and colleagues.
  • Keep learning and improving your product knowledge
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 1 year or more experience in a call centre customer support role
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of customer service legislation (NCA, POPIA)
  • Basic understanding of retail accounts process.
