Call Centre Agent Customer Service Australian Campaign

We're hiring! Consumer Links is currently recruiting Customer Service agents for an exciting new Australian campaign. We're looking for experienced Customer Service agents to be a part of our ongoing journey to greatness.

Skills and Competencies
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organize and focused.
- Experience in a call centre environment.
- Ability to work Australian hours.
- Customer service experience within travel agency services.
- Preferably with knowledge of airline GDS booking processes.
- Minimum of 12 months customer care experience within a contact centre environment.
- Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.
- Reliable transportation to Mount Edgecombe.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
- The ability to communicate with customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Salary: R6 000 basic + R750 attendance bonus + R750 Nightshift allowance
Ability to commute:
Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
