Call Centre Agent
Job Description
We are seeking the ideal candidates for our outbound sales team. We are looking for closers for our debt review campaign.
The ideal candidates would need to have cold calling sales experience in a call centre and a steady track record of meeting sales targets.
This is a full-time sales position offering a basic salary with an excellent commission structure in place. We offer weekly incentives. Basic salary ranges from R6000 - R15000 per month based on experience. Please bring pay slip or bank statements if you are earning more currently.
Basic Requirements:
Closers
Candidates must have outbound sales experience within a debt review call centre (PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO DEBT REVIEW KNOWLEDGE)
idocs experience is needed.
Desired Qualities:
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record in debt review
Proficient in computer literacy, including the use of industry related software
Knowledge of debt review and the National Credit Act
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
