Job Description

What Youll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers using our automotive software products
  • Resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex ones to the relevant team
  • Provide clear, confident guidance to customers whether its about setup, features, or troubleshooting
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
  • Follow up on outstanding queries to make sure no one is left hanging
  • Work closely with the technical and product teams to stay updated on changes, releases, and known issues
Who You Are
  • Tech-savvy Youre comfortable with software systems, apps, or automotive platforms, and enjoy solving technical puzzles
  • Customer-focused You genuinely want to help people and know how to stay calm under pressure
  • Clear communicator You explain things simply and professionally over the phone and in writing
  • Reliable and proactive You take ownership of tasks, follow up thoroughly, and flag concerns early
  • Team player You work well with others and know when to ask for help
