Handle inbound calls from hospitals, Doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, specialists etc
Maintain good client relations with external clients
Serve as a liaison between site staff and Lab
Ensure messages are distributed to the correct staff members
Follow up with results to ensure turn-around-times are met.
Assist with the Switchboard functions in order to correctly refer clients.
Compile, print and distribute route reports in order to ensure correct distribution of results when required
Maintain hardware to ensure effective operations.
