Key Responsibilities:



Make

outbound calls

to potential clients with professionalism and confidence Promote and explain our products/services clearly and persuasively Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and excellent service Meet and exceed

sales targets and KPIs

consistently Keep accurate records of client interactions and update CRM databases Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company goals Continuously improve communication, negotiation, and sales skills

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in

cold calling, telemarketing, or call center sales

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Strong

persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities

High level of

motivation, reliability, and professionalism

Comfortable working in a

target-driven, fast-paced environment

Basic computer literacy (CRM, Microsoft Office) A commitment to

long-term growth and loyalty

within the company

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desirable):



Experience using

multi-line phone systems

or call center software Familiarity with

lead generation tools and CRM management

Ability to handle

high call volumes efficiently

Previous experience in

sales-focused or performance-driven call center environments

Strong

problem-solving and objection-handling skills
