  • Agent should be willing to work in a 24x7 environment including weekend workingo Must have excellent command over English Languageo Dedicated to High Quality experience for customers and delivering high CSATo Ability to identify stated and unstated customer needs, follow quality metricso Being a travel consultant and help customers with their booking needso Manage financial transactions and processing payments adhering to security and verification policieso Providing recommendations to customers and adhering to multiple process needso Responding to customers inquiries on their travel- changes/cancelations of their bookingso Knowledge of Travel products, basic geographyo Alert management of potential security issues or client complaintso Resolve customer complaints and issueso Consultative assistance to customero Adhere to timelines schedules

GDS Systems experience - Sabre
