We thrive on efficiency and effectiveness while keeping an eye on superior detailing and finishes.We have close to 2500m2 of showroom space, and we have invested in cnc machines to simplify production and maintain a high standard of detailed quality for each project we embark on.We are looking for an experienced Cabinetry Foreman/Manager with over 15 years of experience to head our workshop. We specialize in the manufacturing of high-end Kitchens, BIC's, Bathroom vanities, Bars and custom-made free-standing furniture.This supervisory role is for a person who will produce carpentry products as well as manage the team.Responsible for daily floor operations and production.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Review of cabinet drawings.Assigning tasks to team members to streamline workflow.Job preparationMaintain high levels of production quality in a timely manner.Security and cleanliness of the storeVerify dimensions and construction from cabinet drawings, paying attention to detail and quality.Ensure all factory equipment is maintained and in good working order.Responsible for ensuring that all production is completed safely and on time and that the quality of the final product meets company standards.Candidates must haveIn-depth knowledge of professional carpentry shop equipment and machinery as well as carpentry construction and installation techniquesUnderstanding of blueprints, cutting lists, parts lists and diagrams.Ability to work in CAD/AUTOCAD to prepare production activities.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to teach others.Model the following: work ethic, quality of work, productivity, positive attitude, and the ability to get along with others.Providing occupational safety in production, and giving necessary training.Carrying out production activities by staying within the boundaries of the budget approved by the managing director.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:production management: 10 years (Required)
