Durban North. Exciting opportunity for on trend, fashion forward person with 2 years buying experience to join the ladieswear team of this growing retail apparel business.
Responsibilities:
Researching, sourcing and developing products, ensuring the best range offering
Preparing for key strategic meetings such as postmortems, seasonal strategies, laydowns and reviews
Current trade analysis
Meeting required deadlines as per critical path
Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and negotiating prices
Keeping abreast of competition
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years ladieswear buying experience
Efficient on MS Office programmes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong admin and organisational skills
Exceptional communication skills
Creative and passionate
