Job description
Seasonal Strategy
: Develop and present a customer-focused seasonal plan informed by local and global trends, sales data, customer insights and competitor benchmarking.
Range Development
: Build a balanced, on-brand product range in collaboration with Design, Planning, Sourcing, and TPD -- ensuring alignment to price architecture, fit, and quality standards.
Customer Insights
: Leverage customer analytics, reviews, and market research to guide product decisions and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Collaboration
: Work closely with Design & Sourcing on development, costings, packaging, and innovation, ensuring adherence to critical path timelines.
Trade Execution
: Analyse weekly sales performance to optimise the range, respond to trade challenges, and drive sell-through across all channels.
Cross-Functional Leadership
: Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Online to ensure consistent, effective product execution across touchpoints.
Minimum requirements
Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion, Retail, Business, or related field
Minimum 4-6 years' experience in fashion buying (Kidswear experience preferred)
Strong commercial and trend awareness
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PLM, and EDITED
Excellent planning, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
