Key Responsibilities

As a Buyer, you will play a critical role in shaping our product assortment and driving our success in the digital retail space. Your responsibilities will include:

Product Sourcing:

Identify, evaluate, and curate products that align with our brand and customer preferences.

Supplier Management:

Build strong relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain reliable supply chains.

Market Insights:

Use data analysis and research to forecast trends and make informed purchasing decisions.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute purchasing plans aligned with company objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

Track product sales, performance trends, and customer feedback to optimize the assortment.

Inventory Control:

Manage stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and avoid shortages.

Industry Awareness:

Stay informed on market developments, attend trade shows, and monitor competitors.

Collaboration:

Work with logistics to ensure smooth deliveries and with marketing on promotions and seasonal initiatives.

Pricing Strategy:

Implement competitive and profitable pricing models.

Compliance:

Ensure ethical sourcing, sustainability, and adherence to industry regulations.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates and insights to management on product and purchasing performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Buyer in E-Commerce or Retail. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior. Proficiency in procurement tools, e-commerce platforms, and MS Office. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Creative approach to product selection for digital consumers. Problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach. Familiarity with inventory management principles. Awareness of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and compliance standards.
