Job Description
Key Responsibilities
System Expertise
- Become a subject matter expert in key business systems. Configure software to meet organizational needs, stay up to date on new features, and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
- Analyze and improve operational workflows, ensuring compliance with internal policies and promoting efficiency across departments
- Generate insightful reports, maintain data accuracy, and support informed decision-making through robust data analysis.
- Provide user training and ongoing support. Create clear documentation and serve as the go-to contact for troubleshooting system-related issues.
- Assist with the rollout of new systems and updates. Perform testing, provide feedback, and drive user adoption through clear communication and support.
- Act as a key liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure effective communication, system alignment, and shared understanding of objectives.
- Oversee internal financial recharges, manage system renewals, and monitor service level agreements to ensure operational continuity.
- Fluent in French (This is a non-negotiable requirement)
- Valid Driver's License & Own Vehicle
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
