What will you bring:
Inherent requirements for the position
:
A minimum of 10 years' experience as Regional or Account Lead.
Minimum qualifications (Diploma, Degree and or certification) in technical, administrative, or commercial fields of study. (Degree in facilities or property studies is advantageous).
Full understanding of commercial and financial business principles. (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, GM, GL, EBITDA)
People Manager with a proven track record of managing successful and profitable accounts/portfolios (across variety of market sectors, industries and countries (non-negotiable).
ME Technical understanding is a requirement.
Member of the GBCSA or SAFMA would be advantageous or in the process of obtaining membership.

What will you be doing:
Full operational responsibility of below service lines:
Client engagement - Ensure regular meetings and be a trusted partner and escalation point.
People leadership - Support account teams as escalation point for: (HR Related issues, IT and Connectivity, Operations, Employee Engagement)
Commercial and Contractual accountability - Full understanding and accountability of all key P&L drivers. Intimate understanding of contractual drivers across portfolio.
EHS culture - Ensure all accounts are fully compliant and drives the correct EHS behaviors: (Risk reporting, eLogbook, and safety files)
Sourcing and Supplier management - Ensure effective supplier management and sourcing support.
Internal stakeholders - Ensure smooth working relationship with all internal stakeholders.
Sales and Growth - Partner with clients to ensure organic growth across portfolio. Support sales team in providing SME support for sales initiative across the region.
Be part of working groups for various business development requirements.
