Salary: R80 000 - R100 000

What the job involves
Acting as the main point of contact between the client's business units and the agency
Building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
Understanding the client's business, brand and industry to shape tailored comms strategies
Supporting the development and execution of integrated communication plans
Advising on brand positioning, messaging and campaign strategy
Overseeing day-to-day delivery to ensure timelines, quality and budgets are met
Leading projects from concept through to execution across multiple channels
Collaborating closely with creative, content, media and digital teams
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Tracking performance, analysing results and presenting insights and recommendations
Spotting opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
What you need to be considered
10-15 years' experience overall, with at least 5+ years in corporate communications, brand or account management
Strong corporate experience - ideally from brand manager, marketing manager or similar roles
Experience working in both corporate and agency environments
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex accounts
Strong understanding of brand management, corporate messaging and PR
Experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, print, social and internal channels
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Confident, polished communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
Bonus points if you
Have additional certifications in project management, digital marketing or communications
Enjoy working with highly regulated or complex organisations
