Job Summary:
Tillo is seeking a
Business Systems Analyst - Enterprise Data
to sit at the intersection of data, revenue operations, and finance. This role will translate business strategy into requirements, ensure system alignment across CRM, ERP, and analytics tools, and deliver insight that drives growth, efficiency, and resilience.
This role partners closely with the Data and BI teams to ensure commercial systems and reporting are underpinned by trusted, scalable data foundations and transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Day to day this role will
Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics
that help track progress toward strategic objectives.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
(e.g., Power BI, HubSpot, Datarails) to support decision-making across the business.
Translate business requirements into actionable insights
by working closely with stakeholders to understand goals, KPIs, and data needs.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
in data to provide meaningful and data-driven business recommendations.
Ensure data integrity and governance compliance
by applying best practices in data handling, documentation, and access controls.
Extract, transform, and analyse data
from various sources using SQL or other tools, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
Support self-serve analytics adoption
by creating reusable data models, semantic layers, and user-friendly reporting assets. Support users with training, support, and system guidance post-deployment.
Support with preparation of budgets, forecasts and models
to influence strategic and commercial decisions that drive the business forward.
Present insights and analysis
clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, using storytelling to influence decisions.
Continuously improve BI processes and tools,
exploring automation opportunities and staying up-to-date with best practices and new features.
Collaborate
with data engineers and BI analysts to ensure the right data structures, definitions, and pipelines are in place for reliable reporting.
Develop and maintain documentation
including process flows, use cases, and data mappings.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role, ideally within Fintech, or fast-paced data-driven environment.
High proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Amazon Quicksight for building dashboards and reports.
Basic SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analysing data from relational databases.
Experience working with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) or financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, Workday).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear business insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with large datasets, and ability to validate, and manipulate data for analysis.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Desirable:
Comfort working in Agile or cross-functional data teams, including familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion for collaboration.
Experience with API integrations or middleware platforms.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of data protection frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
Hands-on experience with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
Familiarity with version control systems like Git, particularly when working in collaborative or production-level analytics environments.
