Job Description
Insurance concern based in Bedfordview is seeking a Business Support Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivate team members.
- Deliver projects on schedule.
- Ability to resolve conflict and work well with others across the business.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Must have and display business acumen that drives decision making and delivers on business objectives.
- Must have a strong financial understanding to enable projects to run on budget.
- Must have strong planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to identify and manage business and project risks.
- Must be able to design a business solution to address business problems and issues.
- Must understand the impact on operations and the customer.
- Must have a strong understanding of technology and solutions that it can provide.
- Must be able to document and store critical business documents.
- Must be able to assist with the definition of test cases as well as managing the testing process and outcomes.
- Must deliver a return on investment on all initiatives.
- Must lead and manage direct reports as well as within project parameters.
- Must be trustworthy and operate with integrity.
- Must balance the needs of all stakeholders.
- Relevant qualification
- Previous experience in project management, business analysis, leadership and ST underwriting.
