What Youll Be Doing:
- Transforming complex data into clean, actionable reports that guide key business decisions
- Building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools
- Working closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs
- Interpreting trends, identifying gaps, and spotting opportunities for process improvement
- Supporting the wider analytics function by suggesting smarter, faster ways of working
- Strong experience in business reporting, analytics, or data visualisation
- Comfortable with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL (and eager to learn more!)
- A logical thinker who can distil complex info into a story that makes sense
- Great communication skills, you can explain data to non-data people
- Proactive, collaborative, and naturally curious
- Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages
- Exposure to finance, operations, or marketing analytics
- A passion for automation and driving reporting efficiencies
- Youll have real influence: Your reports wont just sit in inboxes; theyll shape decisions
