Business Process Analysis (45%)
Analyse information, business processes, and operational workflows to identify gaps, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders.
Document business requirements, process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications.
Translate business needs into practical IT solutions aligned with organisational standards.
Support business units with business case development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain system knowledge, compile user guides, manuals, and FAQs, and hand over system functionality to relevant owners.
Solution Testing (45%)
Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Review requirements and define clear testing strategies and test scopes.
Create test plans, test cases, and scripts, and perform various testing types, including unit, integration, regression, functional, negative, and performance testing.
Log defects, communicate test findings, and verify fixes.
Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
IT Solution Support (10%)
Provide quality support services within agreed SLAs and availability targets.
Monitor feedback and proactively enhance service delivery to meet business needs.
