Intercare Corporate Services situated in Lynnwood, Pretoria seeks to recruit a Business Partner: Health Professionals. The focus of this position is to successfully recruit health professionals (e.g., General Practitioners, Dentists, Oral Hygienists & Specialists) and specialist professionals for Intercare including managing the on-boarding and retention processes. This will also include other business development initiatives.

CRITICAL OUTPUT

  • Identifies and sources targeted Health Professionals using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods.
  • Reviews CVs/applications and phone screens all candidates to determine quality and culture fit for the organization.
  • Present Health Professional opportunities with detail and clarity, providing information about practice/business unit, compensation plan, benefits, and specific elements of the position.
  • Creates a comprehensive practice description for each opportunity.
  • Prepares job descriptions and develops job postings for company web site.
  • Identifies and searches candidate database(s) for potential candidates.
  • Develops hiring campaigns for Health Professionals and places follow-up calls to proactively source candidates.
  • Research and attend job fairs, conferences and other Health Professional recruitment opportunities.
  • Research association publications, web sites and other appropriate resources on which to post Health Professional opportunities.
  • Develops relationships with residency programs.
  • Assist with the development of promotional materials, such as banners and posters to be used in recruitment events.
  • Provide input to improve Health Professional-related processes.
  • Maintain a candidate tracking worksheet/database reflecting documentation of positions open, interviews scheduled, conversation had, offers made or not made, offers accepted or not accepted, reasons for offers declined, etc.
  • Follow up with all candidates and referring parties in a timely manner.
  • Track and verify all invoices and funds spent on external recruitment resources; including job postings, ad placements, third party placement fees, etc.
  • Analyse effectiveness of advertising and resources used.
  • Directs, organizes and coordinates all aspects of candidate itineraries, agendas and site visits including: practice, hospital tours, appointments with Health Professionals, lunch/dinner reservations, and processes all related receipts.
  • Participate in Health Professional onboarding.
  • Assist with additional business development initiatives for organisational growth.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12.
  • Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field would be advantageous.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 and relevant applications.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment of health professionals will be advantageous.
  • Must be able to establish rapport and effective working relationships with Health Professionals and practice managers.
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
  • Very strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, highly self-motivated, directed and change oriented.
  • Own transport.
