BUSINESS MANAGER (2-I-C)
POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a trade tested BUSINESS MANAGER (2-I-C) for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands area.
JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver's license / own reliable vehicle.
Relevant qualifications (financial / administration / / ).
5yrs+ previous experience in a senior business management or administration role.
Proven expertise in financial management and cost accounting.
Oversee operations and administration across multiple business units. This role requires strong financial acumen, strategic insight, and effective leadership to drive efficiency and performance.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, business reporting tools, and Sage.
Experience in , forestry, or production industries advantageous.
High level of integrity with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Oversee daily operations and administration across departments.
Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Generate accurate financial and operational reports.
Lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Support strategic planning and business decision-making.
Ensure legal compliance and implement effective operational policies.
Identify and execute process improvements to enhance productivity.
