Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Description
Our client in the Facilities industry is currently looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist, in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Business Intelligence environment within the company.
- Engage various stakeholders and convert their needs into relevant Qlikview reports.
- Maintain and grow the current company data warehouse.
- Make SQL recommendations for other company Applications.
- Manage company vendors and ensure their applications are fit for purpose.
- Manage application changes via formalized processes.
- Properly document the BI Environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with business.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and other 3rd parties.
- Supply monthly feedback to Line Manager on the Business Intelligence area.
- Diploma in IT.
- Computer Science BSc preferable.
- Exposure to ERP solutions preferable.
- Exposure to developing and supporting software applications.
- 5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in SQL 2008 R2/2012.
- 5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in SSIS ETL.
- Qlikview/Qliksense experience preferable.
- Great people interactions skills.
- Good Understanding of SOAP, WCF Web Services.
- Keeping up to date with current and emerging methodologies and technologies.
- Team Player.
- Experience with Unit Testing.
- R660 000 xe2x80x93 R800 000 per annum.
