We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically proficient Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our data infrastructure and BI solutions. This pivotal role is responsible for converting complex data into actionable intelligence that enhances operational efficiency and supports strategic decision-making across our franchise group.
What You'll Be Cooking Up:

• Design, develop, and maintain data architecture, data warehouses, and BI solutions.

• Ensure data quality, security, and availability across all sources.

• Optimize performance of data pipelines, reports, and visualizations.

• Lead the development of dashboards, analytics, and data models for operational and financial reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.

• Manage data integration jobs and ensure timely, verified data loads.

• Oversee deployment, testing, and support of BI systems and infrastructure.

• Provide technical leadership and troubleshoot system issues.

• Maintain strong collaboration with infrastructure teams to ensure scalability and security.

• Extensive expertise in data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and the Microsoft BI stack.

• Proficient in SQL Server administration, including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.

• Advanced skills in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DAX, T-SQL, and the Power Platform.

• Experience with cloud-based databases such as Azure SQL and AWS RDS is advantageous.

• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and Microsoft Excel.

• Industry experience in FMCG or retail environments is considered a strong asset.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

• IT degree or relevant qualifications.

• Strong industry knowledge of the FMCG, retail, and/or hospitality sectors.

• Proficient understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and point-of-sale (POS) platforms.

• Experience working with management information systems (MIS) to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Advanced expertise in system integration, process automation, and AI technologies, with a focus on leveraging these tools to deliver scalable business solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain SSIS packages, SSRS reports, and data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
