Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Identify data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
• Provide support in automating manual reporting processes.
• Continuously enhance reporting capabilities and suggest improvements in data usage.

Minimum Requirements:

• 35 years experience as a BI Analyst or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Advanced SQL skills (query writing, optimization, stored procedures).
• Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, custom visuals, Power Query).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to banking systems and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance practices.
• Experience with cloud-based data tools (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery).
