Profile for Success:

• Core Experience: You have a demonstrated track record of transforming traditional reporting environments using modern BI tools. Your portfolio showcases your ability to not only build technically sound dashboards but also to tell compelling stories with data that drive action.
• Accomplishments:

• Proven experience translating complex business requirements into intuitive and high-impact Power BI dashboards.
• A history of successfully partnering with non-technical business users to increase their comfort and proficiency with data analytics tools.
• Experience creating and implementing data visualization standards or best practices in a corporate environment.
• Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated business intelligence or data analytics role.
• Advanced, hands-on expertise with Power BI and SQL.
• A strong foundational understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data engineering principles.
• Experience utilising statistical techniques to uncover insights from data.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
