BUSINESS & GROWTH SPECIALIST (Provincial)
Western-Cape , South Africa (ZA)
Starting Date: A.S.A.P / 01 October 2023
Reports to: National Sales Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Friday 08:00 to 17:00
- (occasionally a weekend for Expo's or Traveling when operationally required only)
- Basic Salary
- Vehicle Allowance
- Petrol Allowance
- Company Cell Phone Data Allowance
- Commission - new clients
- Commission - devices sold
- Performance Incentives (targets reached, new accounts etc.)
- Quarterly & Annual bonuses (performance based)
- Total CTC before commission / tax R14,000
- Excellent earning potential for the right candidate!
- Dermal Aesthetics Diploma - BONUS
- At least 2-years in a Spa or Salon environment (post-graduation)
- Cruise Ship employment experience - BONUS
- Business 2 Business sales experience -PREFERRED
- Must have strong retail experience (Cruise Ship Sales / Sales / Beauty Retail Sector)
- Confident in Skin Care & Body Care knowledge (ingredients, education of somatology etc.)
- Must have own vehicle with valid driver license & fully insured (including rental for accidental) - non neg.
- Must have reliable computer & wifi for business & training from home
