Job Summary QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

xe2x97x8f Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
xe2x97x8f A sound understanding of Y.E.S. and 5 xe2x80x93 8 yearxe2x80x99s sales experience.
xe2x97x8f Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, with focus on Excel
xe2x97x8f Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion
xe2x97x8f Experience engaging at all levels within organizations xe2x80x93 managers, directors, executives.
xe2x97x8f Proven track record of working with rapidly changing deadlines and having an ability to move in a fast-paced environment.
xe2x97x8f At least 5 years of experience successfully sales initiative or project
xe2x97x8f Combination of private small business and corporate sales experience a plus
xe2x97x8f 5 xe2x80x93 8 years related experience in business development or Sales in the BBBEE / Recruitment / Training Industry
xe2x97x8f At least 2 years in Transformation/BBBEE preferred.
xe2x97x8f Experience /track record in selling YES is preferred (although not an elimination criteria)
xe2x97x8f Proven track record in effective presentations to closing for a consistently high conversion rate.
xe2x97x8f Track record in consistently meeting and preferably exceeding targets.
xe2x97x8f Essential Requirements Current Driverxe2x80x99s license and Mobile Phone
xe2x97x8f Own Reliable motor vehicle
xe2x97x8f Professional business attire and professional etiquette
xe2x97x8f Works beyond the gazetted business hours to ensure the growth of a business enterprise that delivers shareholder value.
xe2x97x8f Independent, self-driven worker with ability to also follow direction
