Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets and growth opportunities
Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and market feedback
Requirements:
Degree in Business Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field
5+ years' experience in Food & Beverage or related markets
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Previous experience in the Chemical industry an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-orientated environment
Experience with CRM tools
